We want you to be completely satisfied with your Michael Aram purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your selection, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully place the items in their original Michael Aram gift box and shipping carton, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our artisans inspect the returned craftsmanship.
